WELCOME TO BLUFF PARK UNITED METHODIST CHILDREN'S MINISTRY!!!
Children are a very important part of our congregation. Our goal is to help children from infancy through those who are in 5th grade with their spiritual development and well being. Because they are so important we have a Child Protection First Policy in place and require a background check on all volunteer and paid staff who work with our children.

NURSERY
A nursery is provided for all infants through age 3 for all worship services and Wednesday Midweek Activities. We also provide a nursery for special events. Our Sunday morning nursery opens at 8:30 a.m. and our Wednesday night Midweek nursery opens at 5:30p.m. Our nursery is staffed with a coordinator and a paid staff that is CPR certified.
PRESCHOOL SUNDAY SCHOOL
Sunday school for Preschoolers can be found on the back hall underneath the main sanctuary. This is for older 2's, 3's 4's and 5 year olds who have not started 5K. If your child is attending the nursery while you are in church, please sign your child in at the front desk.
ELEMENTARY SUNDAY SCHOOL
Our elementary Sunday school can be found on the 3rd floor of our education building on the west side of the campus. We use the Sunday School Rotation Model where the children rotate to a different class every week. For more information you can access BLUFF PARK MAIN STREET from the main menu for more information.
MIDWEEK MINISTRIES
We have a a great program for our children on Wednesday nights.
Dinner is from 5-6:30p.m. The gym opens at 5:15p.m. for some supervised playtime in the gym. At 5:50p.m. the children line up and are walked to choir. At 6:30p.m. they are walked upstairs to the elementary Sunday School floor. K5 through 3rd Graders go to M&M Kids in the Arts and Crafts room. 4th and 5th graders go to the Zoo room for their fellowship time. They are both done at 7:30p.m. The 3rd, 4th and 5th graders are dismissed. We ask that parents come get the K5-2nd grade students.
SPECIAL EVENTS
There are events periodically for the whole family. We have Preschool Pajama Parties, Roller skating nights, movie nights, and other activities that families can come and participate together. These events are listed on the calendar.
