Main Street
For Elementary Sunday school, it's BLUFF PARK MAIN STREET!
We Meet every Sunday, 9:45a.m.-10:45a.m. on the 3rd floor of the Education Building. All 5K through 5th graders are welcomed to amble down our Main Street and visit, Job's House of Blues, White Lilies of the Valley Diner, Saint Michael's Arts and Crafts, Daniel's Movie Den, Bluff Park Hardware, and The Star of David Dome. Each class is assigned a street name and they visit a different "store" each week. We have a chart at the beginning of Main Street if you're not sure where to go. The schedule is also printed in the newsletter and on our web site!
Each Unit is 7 weeks long. The children rotate through a different class each week for 6 weeks. The 7th Sunday is our Mission Meeting. This is where we all meet together in the Zoo Room. The children can redeem their Bible Bucks that they have earned during this rotation. We have a short program to bring closure to the unit. Also, this time is used to focus on missions and the needs of others.

FOR PRESCHOOLERS
We have Sunday School classes for 2 year olds through 4K on the Preschool hall beneath the main Sanctuary. Children stay in the same room each week and parents rotate teaching responsibilites. The curriculum we use is called EXPLORING FAITH by Cokesbury. There is a teacher's guide, classroom materials packet, as well as student story pages. It's a great program for beginning to learn the stories of our faith!
