Volunteers-In-Mission
Our Bluff Park UMC VIM (Volunteers in Mission) Team is a skilled, talented, and dedicated group of people that share God’s love through working with construction projects (building, rehabilitating, enhancing homes). For the last several years our team has typically participated in two major construction projects each year, a local project coordinated through Habitat for Humanity and an out of town project coordinated through The United Methodist Relief Center, a ministry of the South Carolina Conference of the UMC. However, as the need for volunteer work has shifted to the southeast due to post -Katrina recovery efforts, our team is now concentrating much of our efforts on Coastal Mississippi and the work there.

VIM needs YOU as we seek to be “God’s Love in Action,” helping to meet the housing needs of those less fortunate than ourselves, and building relationships with our Christian brothers and sisters all around the world. Call the church office (822-0910) for more information.
