New Light

The New Light Class was formed in November of 2004, and started off as a class for young couples. As time passed, we have started to make the transition into a Young Adult Class, Couples AND Singles! Our lessons so far have been largely based on the books of the bible. We have also done a thorough study on world religions as well. Recently we've been talking through song lyrics (see and hear some of the songs on our blog)
 
Many of the members of this class had never been a part of an adult Sunday School Class before, so we are all growing and learning together. We have dinner parties, outings,  Girls and Guys Night out and are working to enhance our Missions Outreach as we grow as well. The Christmas Party is also a highlight for our group which has been hosted at a different class members home each year.
 
We average around 15-20 people each week and meet downstairs on the Youth Hall (Gray Hallway). We have a sign on the door and always welcome visitors. We won't make you answer bible trivia questions or even participate! Just sit back and learn as you get to know what a great group this is.

UNDER CONSTRUCTION!

When we moved into our classroom - the size was just right - then we kept growing and needed more space. We were able to use the room next door also, so we took down the wall and are working on renovating our larger room now.

We have come a long way since the room looked this this. We invite you to come downstairs 
and visit our class and see our new classroom (that we have put together ourselves!)
